At our shop, we use professional heat press equipment—including a standard press for garments and dedicated hat presses—to create clean, durable vinyl designs on a wide range of items.

The process starts with your design. We prepare and size your artwork, then cut it into high-quality heat transfer vinyl using a precision cutter. Each design is carefully weeded by hand, removing excess material so only your design remains.

Once the vinyl is ready, we position it on your garment or hat to ensure proper placement and alignment. For shirts, jackets, and other flat items, we use our standard heat press to apply consistent heat and pressure. For headwear, our specialized hat presses are designed to fit the shape of the cap, ensuring a smooth, secure application.

During pressing, the heat activates the adhesive backing on the vinyl, bonding it directly to the fabric. After pressing, we remove the carrier sheet and inspect each piece to make sure the design is fully adhered and looks sharp.
