Embroidery
At our shop, we use both a six-head embroidery machine and a single-head machine to deliver detailed, high-quality stitching with efficient turnaround times.
The process begins with your design. We convert your artwork into a digital embroidery file through a process called digitizing, which maps out every stitch, thread color, and sequence needed to bring your design to life.
Once the file is ready, garments are carefully hooped to ensure proper tension and placement. For larger orders, we run your design on our six-head machine, which can embroider multiple items at the same time for consistent, efficient production. For smaller runs, custom pieces, or specialty items, our single-head machine allows for more flexibility and precise attention to detail.
During stitching, the machines follow the digitized pattern, layering thread colors one at a time to build your design. Our team monitors the process closely to ensure clean lines, accurate placement, and a polished finish on every piece.
With this combination of equipment and attention to detail, we’re able to provide reliable turnaround times, consistent quality, and embroidery that looks sharp, professional, and built to last—so you can trust that every piece meets your expectations.
