Screen Printing
At our shop, we use a two-press screen printing setup to keep your orders moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
The process starts with your design. We prepare your artwork by separating each color, since every color is printed individually. From there, we create custom screens using a light-sensitive process that transfers your design onto mesh screens.
Once your screens are ready, we set up the presses and carefully align each one so your design prints cleanly and accurately. With two machines running, we’re able to begin printing one job while preparing the next—reducing wait times and keeping production smooth.
During printing, each garment is loaded onto the press and ink is applied one color at a time. Between colors, we briefly cure the ink to ensure sharp, vibrant layers. After printing is complete, every item goes through a final curing process so the design is fully set and long-lasting.
With this streamlined approach, we’re able to deliver fast turnaround times, consistent quality, and prints that truly stand out—so you can feel confident knowing your order will look great and last.
